Mahsi

Mahsi is a designed represent reflection and rejuvenation. An inspiration brought on by the day of. silence during the Balinese New Years celebrations.

On this day, there is no use of electricity and everyone must stay in doors. Giving humans and nature time to rest and replenish.

Mahsi’s design replicates the ripples in water made after a pebble is thrown in. The ripple causes more waves, fading out as they get bigger just to meet its peaceful place of stillness once again. The malachite is used to represents the beautiful rice fields in Indonesia, preserved by our care to all that nature supplies us with.
